The ERP Boot Camp is a set of courses and workshops organized and led by Steve Luck and Emily Kappenman. We offer training for researchers at any career stage who would like to obtain a firm grasp of the fundamentals of ERP research. A 10-day UC-Davis/SDSU ERP Boot Camp is held every summer for a limited number of participants. Mini ERP Boot Camps are held at university and industry sites around the world for both beginning and advanced researchers; contact us if you would like to schedule one. Our Virtual ERP Boot Camps provide online training on special topics. Our Introduction to ERPs online course is designed as an entry point for people with no prior ERP experience.

The UC-Davis/SDSU ERP Boot Camp is an NIH-funded 10-day summer workshop that is held each year at the UC-Davis Center for Mind & Brain or at San Diego State University. It includes lectures by several ERP experts, structured discussions, and individual consultations with experts. The application portal typically opens in early January, and the deadline for applications is April 1, with offers of admission made in early May.
Mini ERP Boot Camps are 2- to 3-day short courses that are initiated and hosted by a university, research center, laboratory, or professional society. They can be tailored for many different audiences, including groups who are just getting started with ERPs, groups who already have considerable experience but want to reach the next level, and companies or government agencies that are interested in ERP applications. These workshops can be private (limited to the sponsoring group) or public (open to anyone who registers).
We provide online training via our Virtual ERP Boot Camp series. This includes live events, an online course, and lecture videos that faculty can use in their own courses.
Introduction to ERPs is a free online course designed for people with no prior ERP experience who want to learn the basics of ERPs. It typically takes 3-5 hours to complete.
If you teach others about ERPs, you can use the materials from this course in your own courses.
